BRIEF

AurisOne is an AI-powered web and mobile application that transforms healthcare documentation. By listening to doctor–patient conversations, the app transcribes and generates structured medical notes, dramatically reducing physicians’ administrative workload while improving the quality of care. AurisOne aims to create a healthcare system that prioritizes empathy and efficiency.

The AurisOne team approached us to define a visual direction for their brand. The goal: reflect innovation and advanced technology while remaining trustworthy and human.

SOLUTION

Following a thorough exploration of the industry landscape, we developed a design strategy that tested multiple creative directions. The final identity captures a sense of professionalism, clarity, and balance—positioning the brand as a trusted partner for doctors while highlighting medical expertise.

At the heart of the concept lies the idea of balance: merging traditional, hands-on elements with a modern digital experience. The result is a warm, approachable identity that stands apart in an industry often dominated by cold, clinical aesthetics.

The brand icon reflects this principle of balance through the tuning fork—a tool doctors have relied on for centuries to test hearing. This subtle reference connects to the software’s ability to “listen,” while the multiplied forms of the fork create a dynamic wheel, symbolizing continuity, adaptability, and endless possibilities.

The project scope encompassed logo design, typography, illustration, photography guidelines, web design, and an app design draft. Given the tight timeline, we leveraged AI tools to craft a cohesive photographic style that aligned seamlessly with the chosen direction.

RESULT

Upon launch, AurisOne received enthusiastic feedback from both users and industry partners, quickly attracting strong interest from potential clients. The brand identity was praised for its flexibility and adaptability across different applications. To further enrich the experience, the website incorporated explanatory videos that simplify the technology and highlight its value: giving doctors more time to focus on what matters most—the wellbeing of their patients.
